We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and international wire transfers. A 25% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure.
Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure for a full refund. 30-60 days: 75% refund. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. You'll need a passport valid for 6+ months and a passport-sized photo. Tourist visas are available for 15, 30, or 90 days.

Altitude sickness is a real consideration for treks above 3,000m. Our itineraries are designed with proper acclimatization days. Guides carry oximeters and first-aid kits, and evacuation plans are always in place.
June to September is monsoon season. While trekking is limited, it's actually a great time for cultural tours, wellness retreats, and experiences in Kathmandu Valley. Some regions like Upper Mustang are rain-shadow areas and trek well during monsoon.

Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory. A general guideline: $10-15/day for trekking guides, $5-8/day for porters, $5-10/day for drivers, and $5-10/day for city guides.

Yes, drone permits are required in Nepal. Our Creator Concierge packages handle all permits for you. For independent travelers, we can arrange permits separately — the process takes 5-7 business days.
It depends on the trek. Short treks like Poon Hill require basic fitness. EBC and ABC need moderate fitness and some prior hiking experience. High passes and remote treks require good fitness. We'll help you choose the right trek for your level.
Each package page details exactly what's included and excluded. Generally, our packages include accommodation, transportation, guides, permits, and specified meals. International flights and travel insurance are typically excluded.
